Mobileappsquare is a mobile applications division of WhizNets Inc. When this Privacy Statement refers to “we”, “us” or “our”, it refers to all WhizNets Inc Affiliates or Subsidiaries which under this Privacy Statement may act as a controller of your personal information: namely, those entities who may be deciding how and why your personal information is being processed.
What types of personal information do we collect and why?
- Using application we do not collect any data of yours.
- Camera: The application uses camera localy on the device and does not send any data to us, Images are not stored even on the device.
- Storage: The application after processing images captured from the camera stores the processed text in device(Mobile Phone/Tablet) local database and does not send that data to us.
- Social Media: When you Like us on social media channels like Facebook or post a comment to our Facebook page, we may receive information from the social network such as your profile information, profile picture, gender, user name, user ID associated with your social media account, age range, language, country, friends list, and any other information you permit the social network to share with third parties. The data we receive is dependent upon your privacy settings with the social network.
How do we safeguard your personal information?
The application stores all data in mobile device’s application storage and follows the practices enforced and recommended by Google for data storage on device.
Any information or content that you voluntarily post to our Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Google Play store page will automatically be available to the public. We may publicly post your reviews and comments online on our website or mobile applications, or link your reviews to third party websites.
We do not store any information you provide to the application with us.
We do not sell or license your personal information to third parties.
How long do we retain your information?
The application stores processed data till the application is installed on device. Once the application is removed from the device, all application data is deleted.
In case of social media channels, we retain your personal information as long as it is necessary to fulfill the specific purposes, as explained under the section “Why we collect your personal information”. In certain cases a longer retention of your personal information might be required according to legal obligations. In all other cases, we delete your personal information once the purpose of processing your information is fulfilled.
